Policy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website, ask about a product, request a quotation or place a sample order. It describes the current website configuration and the records used to respond to you and manage a transaction.
Scope of these website terms
These website terms apply to online sample orders submitted through this website, for both Housing Kits and Full Sets. Bulk and production transactions are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties; that contract takes precedence over these website terms. This Privacy Policy also describes information handling for browsing and enquiries, whether or not an order is placed; the transaction scope does not remove applicable privacy rights.
Information you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, email, phone, company, target market, project type, estimated quantity, purchase timing and notes. You may also provide a website, product specifications and quantities, and an attachment. The form records your privacy acknowledgement, submission reference and time, and the page or product from which the enquiry originated.
Checkout collects the contact, billing and shipping details needed for the order, together with selected products, quantities, configurations, delivery preferences and any order instructions. Order records include quoted amounts, currency, payment and fulfilment status, and payment-provider transaction references. An order-status lookup uses an order number and the billing email to check access to that order’s information.
Please provide business information relevant to your request. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in notes or attachments. If you supply another person’s contact details, ensure that you are entitled to share them for the stated purpose.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements and prepare a response or quotation. Order information supports configuration checks, shipping quotations, payment reconciliation, fulfilment, sample-fee credit enquiries and cancellation or refund handling. Service and security records help diagnose failures, limit repeated requests and protect access to private records.
Your enquiry acknowledgement and order messages are transactional communications. The website has no configured marketing subscription or advertising-cookie programme. See the Cookie Policy for the storage used by the current site.
Attachments and access
The enquiry form accepts up to three files per enquiry, each up to 10 MB, in PDF, JPEG, PNG, Word (DOC, DOCX) or Excel (XLS, XLSX) format. Macro-enabled Office files and archives are not accepted. Files are held in private storage and are not published in the product catalogue or media gallery. Direct public access is blocked; authorised administration access is required to retrieve an enquiry attachment. The system records the original filename, file type and size. The merchant notification points to the enquiry record rather than publishing a download link for visitors.
Relevant information is accessible to personnel handling your enquiry or order. Hosting, payment, email and shipping services may process information required for their respective tasks. PayPal handles its own payment interface and payment credentials; do not send those credentials through our contact form. Where information must be provided to a carrier, this can include the recipient’s contact details, delivery address and shipment information.
Our registered office is in Hong Kong and our operating and dispatch location is in Foshan. Handling by our authorised personnel and service providers may involve processing in different locations. This policy does not represent that all records stay in a single country or that a particular overseas-transfer certification has been obtained.
Service logs and retention
The site keeps server access and error logs, email-processing logs and order or enquiry records. Server logs can contain an IP address, requested path, time, browser information and response status. Email logs can contain recipients, subjects, message content and delivery errors. Abuse controls also use a keyed representation of the requesting IP address for temporary counters, which expire after about one hour.
Retention differs by record. Server logs rotate by size, and local backup sets follow a 14-day rotation schedule. These schedules are not a promise that every copy of a business record is deleted after 14 days. No uniform automatic deletion period is currently configured for enquiry records, order records or email audit logs. We assess retention in relation to the request, transaction, support needs, accounting obligations and disputes; a fixed schedule for those records remains subject to owner approval.
Requests about your information
Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask about deletion and retention. We may need sufficient information to verify your identity and locate the record. Deletion may be limited where information is still required for a transaction, legal obligation or dispute; backup copies rotate separately from active records. These statements do not restrict rights available under applicable law.
For a product or order enquiry, use the contact form. For information about payment and supply, see the Terms and Conditions.
