Production capability

KAIFON assembles housing Kits and quote-led Full Set luminaires at its own factory in Shunde, Foshan, where production began in 2007. Housings are die-cast and surface-finished by our tooling suppliers — most models from KAIFON's own proprietary moulds — and arrive as finished components. Assembly, wiring, aging and final inspection are carried out in-house.

    Kit assembly at the KAIFON factory

    Kit assembly

    Housings, optics, heatsinks and holders are matched to the model's inclusion list and fixed with controlled fastening at dedicated benches.

    Full Set wiring and configuration at the KAIFON factory

    Full Set wiring and configuration

    For quoted Full Sets, the confirmed COB module and LED driver from the model's brand pool are fitted and wired to the agreed configuration before testing.

    Power-on aging test at the KAIFON factory

    Power-on aging test

    Every Full Set runs on the aging racks for 12 to 48 hours before final inspection. Housing Kits, supplied without COB or driver, go directly to the final mechanical check.

    Final check at the KAIFON factory

    Final check

    Full Sets are switched on again for a light-up, colour-consistency and mechanical check; Kits are checked for completeness against the inclusion list and mechanical fit. Only released items move to packing.

    Packaging and warehousing at the KAIFON factory

    Packaging and warehousing

    Finished goods are labelled by model and quantity and held on racking until dispatch from the Foshan site under the agreed EXW handover.

Quality control

Incoming components are checked against the model's inclusion list; assembly is checked in process; every Full Set passes the 12–48 hour aging test and the final light-up check above. Product documentation is provided to the customer's requirements together with the quotation.

Configuration paths

The confirmed offer separates fixed-price housing Kit samples from quote-led Full Set upgrades. COB and driver selections come from the brand pool available for each product.
